Do you have a question about our services? Here are some frequently asked questions we’ve already answered. We’ve strived to include as much information as possible throughout the site, but if you have any additional inquiries, we’d be happy to help out. Feel free to call us or send us an email with your requests.
Select which gear you’d like to reserve for your vacation. During the checkout process you will choose local pickup or delivery. We can deliver gear to your vacation rental, hotel, family/friend's house, or the airport.
You will be contacted via text 24-48 hours before your reservation to confirm delivery location and timeframe. When the driver is heading your direction, they will send you a text with an eta. If you will not be available at the time of delivery, we can coordinate with the vacation rental host to set the gear safely inside.
The sooner the better to assure your requested gear is available!
We have two locations for free self pick-up. One is located just down the road (about 5 minutes) from the car rental center. The second location is in Solana Beach. Let us know your preference! Exact pick up instructions will be sent via text 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Yes! We encourage you to call or text for same day orders to assure we have the items in our inventory and are able to delivery at your requested time frame. There is a $20 fee for same day orders.
All items are thoroughly inspected upon return for safety and damage. Items that can be laundered are washed in all natural detergent. Other items are vacuumed, sanitized, and steamed. Manufacturer guidelines are followed.

We have a 3 day minimum for gear rentals. If you have a special request, don’t hesitate to send us a text or email. We will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, but not all levels of cleaning are possible for same day. Only basic cleanings are available. We will need at least 4 hours to complete order. We encourage you to call or text for same day orders to assure we have the scope to complete your request.

Gear Cleaning FAQs
Submit a request for time, date, and number of children. There is a $40 booking/referral fee. We will then match you with a vetted sitter that can accommodate your requests. You will pay the sitter directly at the completion of the job. Most of our sitters prefer cash or Venmo as form of payment.
All of our sitters complete the same vetting process. This includes reference check, background check, clean driving record, up to date immunizations, and TB screening.
If you have a preferred sitter, you can make note of this when making the reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request but it will depend on the sitter’s availability.

Create a family profile here. Once the booking fee is paid, you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours that will include your sitter’s information.
The initial booking fee of $40 is paid prior to being matched with a sitter. You will then pay your sitter directly at the end of the job. Most of our sitters prefer cash or Venmo. The hourly rate starts at $25/hour depending on number of children.
Yes, all sitters are required to have up to date CPR and First Aid certifications.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the start time will be charged the full 4 hour minimum. Time changes within one hour of the start time will be billed from the original start time.
Starting rate is $25/hour. Rates increase depending on number of children and your family's needs. If you are requesting services for 5 or more children, we will work together to create a custom quote.
Yes, every booking request requires processing through our system. If you plan to use our services on a regular basis, consider joining our membership ($150 annually for unlimiting bookings).
As soon as you are matched with a sitter, you will receive an email with their profile and contact information.
There is a four hour minimum for each time of service, including multiple services on the same day. Clients who use less than four hours will still pay the four-hour minimum.
Yes! All of our sitters have clean driving records. We just ask that you provide a car seat for your child. You will also be responsible for paying gas reimbursement.
