Select your level of cleaning, if you would like a one time cleaning or a subscription package, then decide if you would like us to pick up your gear or if you want to drop it off to us at no additional cost.

Where is the drop off location for the gear?

You can drop off your dirty gear directly to our warehouse. Booking is required in advance.

Can I order for same day cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but not all levels of cleaning are possible for same day. Only basic cleanings are available. We will need at least 4 hours to complete order. We encourage you to call or text for same day orders to assure we have the scope to complete your request.

How do you clean the gear?

Accepted Answer

All items are thoroughly inspected. Items that can be laundered are cleaned in all natural detergent. Other items are vacuumed, sanitized, and steamed* (if necessary). We only use child-safe products and follow manufacturer cleaning guidelines.

Can I rent gear while mine is being cleaned?

Yes, we offer discounts on all of our baby gear while yours is being cleaned. Ask us for a discount code.
